How can I cancel the order?
Simple! You can cancel the order before it is shipped. Just write to our customer support team at
care@bagmates.co.in or call us on +91 9971 150 626 between 10 AM and 5 PM, Monday to
Saturday. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within
48-72 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Under what reasons will my cancellation be rejected?
Generally, we will try to accommodate all your cancellation requests. But if your product is already

For COD orders, can I check the order before making the payments.
Sorry, we do not entertain this. Please pay our delivery guy first and then if for any reason you are
